William Levy Career

Born in Cuba, William Levy began his career as a model and then as an actor. He has appeared in telenovelas and films in Mexico and the United States. Levy is known for his roles in the Televisa telenovelas Triunfo del Amor and La Tempestad and the Univision telenovela Por Ella Soy Eva.

In 2012, Levy was cast as the lead in the Univision series Triunfo del Amor. The series was a hit, and Levy was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Television Series Drama.

In 2013, Levy was cast as a contestant on the U.S. version of the reality dance competition show Dancing with the Stars. He was partnered with professional dancer Cheryl Burke, and the two were crowned the champions of the twenty-second season.
